Refund & Replacement Policy

Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before requesting a refund, replacement or reporting any issue related to your order.

At CoFed Organic, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent resolution after proper verification.

Please review the following Refund & Replacement Policy before submitting any claim.

1. Damaged or Tampered Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team via email.

To process your request, kindly provide the following:

  • Order Number
  • Invoice copy or clear photograph
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Complete unboxing video

After verification by our support team, we may approve a replacement or provide another suitable resolution.

For orders containing multiple products, only the affected product will be considered for replacement or review.

Our customer support team generally responds within 24–48 business hours.

2. Incomplete Shipments

If any item is missing from your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Invoice copy or image
  • Photographs of the outer shipping box
  • Images of the opened package
  • Complete unboxing video showing all received items

Refund requests for missing products may not always be approved. After verification, CoFed Organic may re-dispatch the missing item or provide another suitable resolution.

3. Quality & Spoilage Issues

Any concerns relating to product quality, spoilage or freshness must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly submit the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Manufacturing & Packaging Details
  • Clear photographs or videos of the product

Our products are prepared using natural ingredients and traditional methods without artificial preservatives. Therefore, slight variations in colour, aroma, texture or taste between different batches are completely natural and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

Every quality concern is carefully evaluated, and genuine cases are resolved after verification by our quality team.

4. Refund & Replacement Evaluation

All refund and replacement requests submitted to CoFed Organic are carefully reviewed and verified by our customer support team before any decision is made.

CoFed Organic reserves the right to reject any refund or replacement request under the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Failure to submit the required supporting documents or evidence.
  • Requests reported after the permitted 48-hour reporting period.
  • Evidence of misuse, fraudulent claims or intentional damage.

Once a request is approved, eligible refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or any other approved refund process.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to food safety, hygiene standards and the perishable nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return unless they were received damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products.
  • Products that have already been used.
  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Free promotional products or complimentary gifts.

7. Stock Availability & Limitations

Product availability displayed on our website is subject to change without prior notice.

Although CoFed Organic makes every effort to maintain accurate inventory records, certain products may become unavailable due to high demand, operational limitations or technical issues even after an order has been placed.

In such situations, CoFed Organic reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the affected product or the complete order.
  • Temporarily place the order on hold.
  • Offer a similar replacement or substitute product.
  • Provide a refund, store credit or replacement product where applicable.

Customers will be informed using their registered mobile number or email address regarding any stock-related issue.

CoFed Organic shall not be held responsible for delays or inconvenience caused due to temporary stock shortages or inventory-related limitations.
