This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the terms governing the processing, dispatch, transportation and delivery of products purchased through the CoFed Organic website.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Delivery Scope

CoFed Organic delivers products across India through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

Deliveries to certain remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time or may not be available.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders if delivery to a particular location is not operationally feasible.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

During festivals, promotional campaigns or unforeseen operational situations, processing times may be extended.

Order processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging and handing over the shipment to the courier partner. Transit time is separate from processing time.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date your order is confirmed.

Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery destination and courier network availability.

Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government restrictions or courier delays.

CoFed Organic shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, CoFed Organic may offer free shipping under promotional campaigns, special offers or based on minimum order value, at its sole discretion.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, CoFed Organic will send a shipment confirmation via SMS and/or email containing your tracking details.

Tracking information is generated and maintained by our third-party courier partners.

While we make every effort to provide accurate tracking updates, CoFed Organic cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or real-time tracking information provided by external logistics companies.

6. Packaging & Handling

Every order is carefully packed using industry-standard packaging materials to ensure hygiene, product safety and secure transportation throughout the delivery process.

Since our products are naturally prepared using traditional methods, slight variations in texture or consistency during transit may occur.

For example, products such as A2 Desi Cow Ghee may naturally become semi-solid or liquid depending upon weather conditions. These changes are completely normal and do not affect the quality or authenticity of the product.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers are requested to inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or tampered product, kindly notify CoFed Organic within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

Please provide the following details:

  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Images of the outer shipping package.
  • A complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

After successful verification of your claim, our support team will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date shipping information during checkout, including the delivery address, postal code and contact number.

CoFed Organic shall not be liable for delivery failures, undelivered shipments or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the customer.

  • Delayed Deliveries
  • Returned Shipments
  • Failed Deliveries
  • Lost Shipments due to incorrect address details

9. Unforeseeable Delays

CoFed Organic shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or Acts of God.
  • Floods, earthquakes, storms or other extreme weather conditions.
  • Government restrictions, regulations or policy changes.
  • Courier service disruptions or transportation failures.
  • Strikes, lockouts or labour disputes.
  • Public emergencies, pandemics or lockdowns.
  • Civil unrest or unforeseen operational interruptions.

In such situations, delivery schedules may be revised without prior notice and CoFed Organic shall not be liable for any resulting delay.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoFed Organic's liability shall be limited solely to the value of the product purchased by the customer.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from delayed delivery, failed delivery, courier service interruptions or any event beyond our reasonable control.

Customers acknowledge that delivery services are performed through independent logistics partners and transit-related delays may occasionally occur.
